I just sold my TTR and fitted the standard linakage for the sale so I have the Koubalink still for sale.
Its in very good condition, one of the seals was pushed in a bit but the grease inside is still uncontaminated so its still sealing fine. It also has a grease nipple for lubing that the factory one does not.
For those unfamiliar, this lowers the seat/rear of the bike about 2 inches. I dropped the forks through the sliders a little as well and didn't notice any ill effects handling wise. I must say, this thing made all the difference to my comfort on the bike. I'm 5'7" (170cm) and when I put the standard loink back on for the bike sale it was noticably more difficult for me to manage. Stopping required me to hang over one side etc - a real pain for traffic riding and I couldn't push the bike backwards on my toes.
