32mm OKO powerjet carbs have been fitted by these guys:

www.ttr250.activeboard.com/t61885498/alternative-carbs-for-the-ttr250-32mm-carb/

I think you can make it run with a 30mm. Better for torque, but power is restricted by the smaller airflow. You need a lot of patience to fit a non-standard carb because the jets and needle settings will be unknown. If you can get a 32mm OKO you will have the benefit of the experience of these guys.

What has happened to your carb?

hi m8s..
my carb is the original with 20 years, was opened now for the first time, needs everything :(
as my financial condition at the moment is not at all favorable, I have to buy a cheap carburetor and the sprag clunch too...
sprag clunch 150 €
carburetor membrane 36 €
carburetor kit 40 €

almost 250 € ..

my budget does not let me pass the 50 € barrier, so it will have to be all from chino's.

Hi Mockadash

Before you put a chinese sprag clutch in your Japanese camel, please read this  https://ttr250.activeboard.com/t64076126/after-market-chinese-sprag-clutch/

I know you are on a budget, but you may end up in more trouble.

Why does the link not work??
