Got all the bits to the puzzle now......

Got 2 size coolers... see which one fits the best... I want 12mm banjo bolts and the smaller one which I want to use only has 10mm holes

so will have a go at retaping it to 12mm....

got the cooler mount made....A little mod needed to get the bottom

banjo fitting away from the motor....

quite strong /heavy... but a extra half kg of weights not going

to stuff up a days riding but a smashed cooler will...

should work well as yamaha use a 3 pass cooler this is a 5 pass...

It is the smaller of the 2coolers I have... just had to retap the 10mm holes

for 12mm banjo bolts...don't want any restiction to the flow...

Looks great!

Is there any way you could do some before and after tests to see the effectiveness of the cooler?

Even using something like an IR thermal sensor might work: www.youtube.com/watch
