translate google from polish. I have a refurbished engine in the workshop and a new carburettor. Is it possible that the fuel level may be bad in a new carburettor? I can not start kicking the starter.

they canbe quite hard to start with the kick starter...
they turn the motor over very slowly...if the motor has just been done up
it will be even harder..... get the electric start working...
when the motor is hot the kick dose work ok... but cold motor they are useless almost..
