Brake Bleeding
Permalink

Hello all again, having finally removed rusted screws on my front brake master cylinder cover i believe that the fluid has not been changed since 1997, it looks dreadful, and, will have to pump a lot of fluid through the system to clean it out, I would suspect the rear brake will be the same.

My silly question is...where is the rear brake master cylinder???? Also do you all on the forum use the standard Dot 4 fluid ????

Any help is always appreciated  Thanks.  blankstare

Be especially careful not to let air into the front system - it can be a right sod to bleed out again!
