Decided 17 loose spokes was probably a few to many. So a quick visit to TTR towers for a new set and the loan of a wheel thingy, out came the grinder and after an hour new shiny ones fitted.

Now has about 3 to 4mm runout, will spend a while trying to get this a bit better. But guessing with a knobbly on a couple of mm is fine??20180222_184412.jpg

Sounds like a place I used to go to. biggrin

In this hall there was always a spokesman who came to give us a talk. smile

He didn't have to use spanners though - he spoke from a script. hmm

After the talk I and the others used to runout as well, but usually to catch a bus home.

I haven't been drinking, honestly, I'm just bored. doh

It's a good job you got to TTR Towers when you did, Rich.

Was the wheel tired when you put it back on?

Martyn
