Went out on the TTR today, refitted the DB killer from Staintune as last week it was shocking & it seemed good, I had a very slight flat spot last time I tried the DB killer but today it was fine, also had a different helmet on as well.

Did a nice 130km loop up around the Barossa valley & back, couple of near misses with Skippy but all good.

You guys must be getting sick of my photos & videos LOL

Well as you asked nicely

Me dropping the TTR on a PAR / farmtrack, going too quick for my own good

Where my legs were too short

On my mates TTR, brake pedal set too high & I locked the rear

Almost off

My mate wanted to try the TTR so I rode his XT, my back is still stuffed 18mts later, I went dizzy & light headed

Looking back to my mate on a TTR

Me dropped it in the sand

Last one  this is on the WR

That's more like it Terry - a nice bit of self deprecation biggrin

With your long open trails the chances of a high speed off is much greater than on our nadgery Devon lanes but it would be nice to set the dust to fly on some trails like yours occasionally!

These would be the total of off's in the last 10yrs, however the time I hit a 6' Skippy when doing 90kph, washed off about 15-20kph & hit him with the front wheel. I was on a XR400R & looking straight at his eyes. Spun him around & bent the front wheel but no gopro. But I never dropped the bike.

And the time I broke my leg on the XR400R, slid off a dirt rd at 90kph, again no camera.

I don't mind sharing my öpps" good for a laugh

Terry

Not a TTR but me on the XR400 following another mate on a XR400, he overshot the corner

Out on the TTR passing several bikes, KTM690, DR650's etc.

Lovely!
Most embarrassing when you go for the overtake then drop it on the next corner!
Nice work, thanks for making the effort

The speed difference between the TTR & the DR650 was huge & without the clear view of the next turn I stuffed up, but it's all fun

Cheers Terry
