Greetings to fellow TTR 250 enthusiasts!

My name is Phil & I live in Burnham, Buckinghamshire. I have just purchased my very first Yamaha motorcycle & it happens to be a Blue 2002 TTR-250. Only time will tell if I have made a good choice, but no doubt most of you who subscribe to this forum are already saying I have! This is my first Enduro so its going to be a bit of a learning curve in terms of getting used to riding one. I do have other motorcycles & they are also Blue but they are Hondas if its okay to say that on the forum!

Already ordered Yamaha plastics from Totally TTR so I can get my bike back to where it should be in the looks department. Currently its SORN & without an MOT, but with the parts ordered from Steve & Lisa arriving in a couple of days this will be rectified. The bike runs & rides, starts on the button, clutch, gears, suspension & brakes all working fine. I paid £1,000 which seems cheap to me, don't know what anyone else thinks? A couple of pictures are attached. I will also post a couple of shots of my other bikes in the appropriate section just in case anyone is interested in Hondas!

Anyway, just thought I'd introduce myself & say Hi to everyone from a 'newbie'. Ride safe everyone!

Welcome, Phil.

I think you may find an assortment of blue Yamahas on this forum - mainly TTR models as yours. biggrin
