I did start with the intentions of just using and abusing then punt on,but it's kind o grown on me,so here's the start dipped in gunk, cleaned, blasted dipped in a galv of some description then a coat of paint apparently, coated in a lovely candy blue powder coat and bob's your uncle, not quite original but i thought it would protect it for longer(we'll see)

this has started as a 94 raid i got from a place on the west coast of Scotland up on the other side of little loch broom, frame from wales, valve stem seals from norway, seat from northern ireland, chain and sprocket from devon, tank from england, bits coming from china,so a bit of a hybrid, but is on it's way to becoming an open enduro of sorts, with the raid headlight,a pair of excellent led spots fitted to the headlamp brkt or cowl, perfect in the woods at night or late evening (iv'e found the bolt it's on it's way on Monday)

Busy doing the same to my WR450. Hard work and a labour of love.

Just have a liking for vintage / classic tractors and the Ransomes are quite distinctive. Another project? Raid looking much better now too, especially the frame repaint, makes huge difference. Sorely tempted to do mine but it is more of a user than a show piece (pics on new member page).
