More mumbling - sorry!

Also the video is over quarter of an hour so not an entertaining one! Have a laugh at my expense when I dropped  can of petrol disbelief

Oh yes - guess who forgot to connect up the drain pipe at the bottom of the carb disbelief Best to do that whilst the carb is still loose else it's a bit tricky....

After fitting the carb, I took the TTR for a run and it wasn't running so well at part throttle. "Someone" had forgotten to adjust the pilot screw and it was fully wound in disbelief

Now all sorted and the TTR is ready to get muddy on the East Devon lanes tomorrow biggrin

Once again - full marks - less a little for admitting your omission of the drain pipe and pilot adjustment.

Please make sure your nuts are tightened sufficiently for tomorrow's run. biggrinbiggrin

Thank you for the encouragement gents!

I discovered what fell off the TTR (as mentioned a couple of times in the video) today. It was a headlight mounting screw and it fell into the bashplate.

The TTR engine started to make some nasty noises on my trail ride today but the noise didn't seem to tie in with the engine speed and the engine was running perfectly.

I only discovered that the headlight screw had fallen out mid-afternoon.

I removed the bashplate and took the TTR for a run to dry it off after power washing and the noise has gone biggrinbiggrin

Didn't find the screw though confuse

That video is pretty bloody good. Well cut so that one isn't sitting watching you think, like very many videos are.
Very glad the site led me to it very quickly.
