I'm after a standard TTR muffler..

infact I only require the pipe of it so has anyone got a

stuffed one they want to sell... if so just cut the pipe of

and send that....

I have a muffler I took off the day I bought the bike new reluctant to part with it . I'm sure some one will have a stuffed one .

I will ask the bike shop here if they have one out the back

I might be able to help, I have an exhaust that the clamp end is knackered, so you would have to re weld that, but the rest of the pipe is good and I could cut it off and send to you.

The clamp end is the reason I want a standard one instead of welding a
couple of exhaust bends togeather...

I don't really want to cut my standard pipe or the GYTR pipe up..

The section of pipe that fits between the header pipe and the exhaust "box" sits behind the RH side panel. It is horizontal so hols mud. If the TTR gets put away wet then eventually it rusts through at that point.

I did consider at one point making up a repair section to allow owners to cut off the damaged pipe and weld in new but it was uneconomical. Better to buy one of Steve's lovely new stainless jobbies wink

Hopefully they will be in his shop soon.
