For Sale 2005 TTR250. SOLD:SOLD:SOLD

First registered in 2005.

MOT until May 2018

5773 miles ONLY!

An excellent example of this sought-after bike which is ready for the lanes.

*** NOTE: Bike is currently fitted with a Kouba lowering link, the standard OEM link is included in the sale***

Totally TTR bashplate, CRD frame guards, Acerbis  hand guards (original hand guards included), Renthal bars, 6mm bar riser spacers fitted.

Stainless steel Motad exhaust fitted, this really is a nice exhaust.

Michelin Enduro Comp IV front / Comp III Rear. Both covered 800 miles from new.

Geared  (14/52) but is still plenty fast enough on the road. (OEM rear sprocket and matched drive chain included)

Extra wide stainless foot pegs fitted, (OEM foot pegs included)

Starts and runs well - as to be expected.

Dual start - electric AND kickstart

Proper ignition switch  - Two keys supplied

Original unused OEM tool kit complete with case and strap included.

Magnetic sump plug fitted.

Flexi full size number plate fitted.

A number of additional spares included - oil filters, O-rings, air filter, indicators, OEM engine protection bars, smaller number plate etc.

Haynes manual and Yamaha service manual.

Very economical and will do a day's trail riding on a tank of petrol. Plus it has an "all-day" comfy seat unlike more enduro-based machines.

Perfect beginner's trail bike but also suitable for the more experienced rider who realises that it isn't necessary to have a big engine to enjoy themselves

I have owned the bike for over seven years during which time it has been lightly used and well maintained with regular (500 mile) semi synthetic oil and filter changes carried out.

There are cheaper TTRs around but the choice is yours. This one is ridden and maintained by myself (mechanical engineer), mature over 50's rider - you wouldn't be disappointed.

Bike located between Kendal and Lancaster, 10 minutes from M6 Junction 35 or 36
