oil cooler kit...

Finaly got all the bit togeather to put a cooler on the TTR....

or so I thought... the cooler has 10mm banjo bolts not the 12mm I ordered

but all good the guy has shiped the right one & told me to keep the one he first sent...

so this is my next little project....

if it all works out ok... I could build up a few more bolt on kits if there any interest....

I'm useing all componts that look as close to what Yamaha would have used... no dam blingy bits....

Do the straight banjos work alright with a skid plate?

I've gone for 90 degree banjos

 they look like they will clear....

the second cooler arrived... wondering if it's a bit big for my use as the TTR is a dirt only bike and could
be prone to damage... i think for a duel sport it would be ok , would work well for a warmer climate...

there is another one but it's a 4 row not 5 like these... might order it.... got to get it right if I build a few

kits for others...
