Hi, brand new rider from the middle of the US.  I just bought a 2004 TTR250 last week, and have been reading all I can about it.  I'm a new rider, with just a few hours of dirt bike experience from last summer.  My 16 year old son and I hope to have a lot of fun with the bike this year.  I look forward to digesting all the information from the forum. i have a new tires on the way. I'm going to change the oil today, and generally inspect all nuts and bolts, lubricate everything, and learn all I can about it.

Thank you!

Welcome to the TTR forum, Jumpn.

Whatever you do make sure you enjoy it. wink
