hi guys!

Just bought a 2004 TTR 250 to go with my fleet of bikes. I already have several TTR 125's, a klx 125, street bikes, etc. i am looking for a service manual download to fix some wiring issues and hopefully get out there and ride! :)

I only ride stuff i build, so everything i have is built from a frame. Here is a ttr 125 i did last week. Im waiting on gloss black maier side plates and a stock tail to come this week that i ordered. I went with a black frame design, was the original blue of course. The ttr 250 is going to be a gunmetal frame. I used the paint for my 125 engine side plates and loved it so decided thats going to be the frame color for it. It's close to the stock gunmetal, but more metallic. I bought the 250 yesterday and I'm stripping it after i get it started. I rebuilt the carb last night and today it wouldn't start. I get spark and the carb has fuel..... the ignition switch is broken so I don't think they got the wires correct when they wired around it.
