Had the day off today for a ride but with a high of 42c the ride was called off ( was 44c on the dash of my car)

Washed & polished the Thruxton for the All British display on the weekend

Removed the rear wheel on the WRR & fitted a new tyre

Fitted a USB charging port on the TTR

And fitted a pair of rear shocks to a mates Thruxton & adjusted his front forks16387188_10154324023602864_3020680389987103921_n.jpg16508299_10154324023572864_6142836663554958467_n.jpg16473821_10154324023562864_3943505507762877685_n.jpg16603159_10154324023507864_5356986202570374976_n.jpg16602980_10154324023482864_8900093592193881443_n.jpg16508959_10154324023462864_5720245735964093372_n.jpg16427315_10154324023442864_3485815632869198988_n.jpg

That is hot Terry!!! At least it would have made the tyres soft and easy to change wink

2.2C outside here at the moment so I won't be rushing outside to the garage for an hour or too no

We get used to the heat but 40c plus is hot, 41c again tomorrow but I've got to say I can't stand the cold & 15c is my limit

Up in the Flinders ( you would know it from my videos ) it been around 46c all week

Mind you when we were in the UK last Sep it was 32c in Watford, I was loving it

Cheers Terry

I must admit I like the seasons we get. I like the summers but generally don't ride offroad much.
Our off road riding season is Autumn winter and spring.
bring it on

And Wet, all the cloud that dumped on us the last couple of days is heading your way, just what you need in NZ, more water !

A funny thing for Aussies, Last time I was in NZ at Fox Glacier the guy in the B+B said they just got over a drought, it hadn't rained for 3 weeks

We had a good chuckle about that
