At last a bike ride in 2017.

The increasing grandchild count, and various other 'better half' induced activities have held back an outing but yesterday a nice 3 hour wander around my local favourites was possible.

A two Loch, one Glen stint was all it needed to chase the winter blues. Gareloch, Loch Long, and Glen Douglas.

A wee break at the Checkered Flag cafe Arrochar for a black pudding roll (two slices!) & coffee, (£3, special bikers prices).

The new heated vest on low setting doing a great job. Temp about 7degC.

There's no doubt about it, a run on the TTR is the best therapy.biggrinbiggrinbiggrinbiggrin
