Wanted - hazard warning control from light switch

Light switch - hazard warning control.jpg

I hate binning potentially usable TTR parts and will spend more time than is sensible cleaning and renovating parts to keep them in circulation disbelief

I have just finished working on another light switch and all is good except that the hazard switch is missing.

Has anyone got a broken switch on their shelf and prepared to part with the control and its fixing screw as shown in the photo above please?

Brian

Hi Wayne

That is a very kind offer but if your switch is all good then it would be a shame to cannibalise it for just the hazard switch. Better to offer it whole on the forum and get some beer tokens for it wink

I need someone with a damaged switch with a good hazard switch ideally.

Thanks again for the offer though biggrin

Brian there's a guy breaking a Raid on ebay with a hazard switch for sale if you're still searching?

Thanks for the link Simon.

Steve sells good used light switches in the shop for £12 so to make buying the control economical it would have to be just a few squid.

The guy has put a high starting price on it. Can't think that it will sell......

I was just hoping that I could salvage one from an owners broken switch that would otherwise have been binned.

Still looking for a couple of hazard switch covers (or the equivalent blanking piece fitted to the non-hazard switches).

Anyone got a broken switch lying around that they can part with a cover please?
