Piston ring replacement

Ive been needing to replace the piston rings on my ttr because it blows loads of smoke. i have found these rings on ebay and would like a second opinion on whether they are right or not.

http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Wiseco-Piston-Ring-Set-73mm-Standard-Bore-for-Yamaha-TTR250-1999-2006-/131847128108?hash=item1eb2b3842c:g:dZcAAOSwvg9XTw1H

Also it is a 96 model and i'm not completely sure if they will fit my model/stock bore.

Thanksbiggrin

Wiseco rings for Wiseco pistons and genuine Yamaha rings for genuine Yamaha pistons! Trying to fit non-matched rings is a recipe for an expensive mechanical hiccup bleh

Lots of choice here wink

Worth doing the valves and fitting new valve stem oil seals whilst the head is off. Also the timing chains are quite cheap if yours is showing signs of wear. Surprising how much quieter the TTR engine is with a new cam chain wink
