Shepherding in the Swiss Alps on a TTR250!

Swiss shepherds TTR with fencing stakes.jpg

Last Sunday, Trish had a phone call from David, a Swiss shepherd (cowherd?), asking about a rack for his TTR to carry his fencing stakes up the mountain.

It seemed a bit far fetched or a wind up but here is a photo he sent to prove it!

To quote ", im a shepper in swizerland a 3000m hight in the alpens. I keep 160 cows with a friend of mine during 3 and half month and with the help of my ttr it make my life easyer and funyer... "

That's gotta be the most unusual call we ever took at Totally TTRs biggrin

Great pic.

Like the Black rims and seat.

Cool story behind it!

Very rare bike in Switzerland by the way. Plenty next door in France going for cheap, but here, not seen a single one in 4 years. Mine is in Canada nd can't import it. I wonder how he did it.

Nice looking TTR. I like the front fender, looks like its from a newer model Yamaha. If so, what year and model did that fender belong to. I like it......
