Making the jump to enduro bikes, looking for pre2000 model
Permalink

Hello , as written in the subject box I am making the jump from road bikes onto enduro bikes. A road legal enduro bike that is.
I had messed about as a kid with friends on crf250's but the road bikes took over until I finally decided to make the jump .
My Suzuki bandit 1200 is on its way to a new home very soon so I am now looking for something nice to replace it.
I prefer the older models and have around £1500 to play with or more if the right bike comes up. I'm located 20 miles south of Glasgow but willing to travel for the right bike, looking for road legal and current mot.
A friend has a 95 trr250 and I've only heard good things about them so if anyone has or know any bikes that may be suitable please leave a reply.

Thanks

Mark

Hello , Hopefully you don't have many more problems, good to hear there is help at hand. I've liked the bandits for a while, I have the k1 but my old man has the mk1 so not all lost as I will still pinch his, I saw 2 bike on eBay but didn't fancy one and the other is too far away for me, not many of these bikes going for sale at the moment , need a bit more patience I think. Not my strong point haha

Hi Mark my 93 ttr is now for sale. You can see it in the mini restoration thread. Looking for around 1300 but open to offers. Located near livingston so not too far away from you.

John
