Made it out of a excersise bike, done the front tyre yesterday working on the ground ( does my back in). Never replaced  a rear

before so im going to give it ago with this.

Haha. A video, well that would be funny for the viewers,  firstly bike would be raised on the stand , then a cup of tea. Secondly the wheel would be removed then another cup of tea. And so on. The main reason im going to try myself is the local bike shop cannot fit a tyre wile i wait. I watched youtube vids on fitting tyres and seen how the bloke was pushing the tyre with his hips, something i could do trying to do on the ground. If this rear tyre fitting works i will be happy as larry.

Suscess. First rear tyre ive changed prob since in my teens.  The bead buddy was an important step.(i dont have one)  So i held tyre off the rim with a pair of vice grips. The tent pole was to weak, and if the tyre remover set up was bolted to the ground better still.
