12 tooth brand new , preparing the TTR for about 750km beach work , mainly all hard sand.

13 tooth has had about 500km beach work and 1500km road.

14 tooth has had about 30,000km all road work

Bikes still running the OE 44 tooth rear sprocket we get here as standard from new.

Most of the beach riding i do is with a pillion , only solo during the on /off ramps from the beach to the tarmac.

1st is lower now for take offs is softer sand.

95 percent of my riding is tarmac.  Test rode it and its like ive lost 6th gear . Doing the change from 14/44 to 12/44 tooth lowered cruising speed alot. Anyway she will be great on the beach and afterwards 14/44 will go back on.

14 tooth has gone back on. still 6 weeks untill beach ride so dont want the chain slider wear out. Maynot even use the 12tooth for the beach. Sand will prob wear slider out in 500km
