A massive thanks to Brain for sorting out my sd memory card with memory map and the OS maps i needed.

 

I will be fitting it to the TTR tomorrow and taking it for a test run to the local forestry roads.

 

Road Angel i got for £24 on ebay, 2gb sd memory card with all i need on it, 12v to 5v reducer, inline main on/off switch and bar mount.

do you need a 12 to 5 when using any sat nav insted of a cig lighter plug where do you buy these

 Yes, nearly everything that runs off the cig lighter socket is 5v, there is a circuit board in the socket to reduce the power, it inline reducer let you run the Road Angel straight off the battery, and an on/off swith makes it easy to cut the power when not needed.

 

12v to 5v reducer here.
