hello guys ,,my bike blew a fuse while riding and when i changed the fuse the clutch switch and the stand switch started functioning (when i bought the bike the clutch switch and side stand switch were'nt functioning ** the bike started without clutch pulled in and with side stand don  ) ...now the bike is still blowing fuses when i reach a certain rpm's ,,how is this possible...i would be grateful of some help ..thanks guys

firstly have you fitted correct size fuse if so you can bridge the clutch & side stand switches to see if this sorts it or you can put a big wattage bulb in place of the fuse move about your wiring if the bulb glows you may have a wire touching earth which is blowing the fuse

10x alot i bridged the clutch switch and side stand and if the problem occurs again i will try that bulb thing :)thanks again and all the best

the problem got worse..when the bike was idling it was working normal and did not blow the fuse..then my brother took it for a ride and it blew the fuse again ,,and now when we put a new fuse in it is blowing the fuse when it touches the fuse box without any chance

It's got to be shorting to the frame somewhere confuse

as i have said put a large wattage bulb in the connectors to the fuse holder when it gets bright thats when the fuse is blowing you can disconnect other components such as alternator etc or move wires side to side it will tell you what is the problem

guys it was the regulator/rectifier causing all this...thanks for all your help ,,wish you a happy new year
