It's a 1.6 pinto motor out of a Ford Capri rear diff is Sierra with the Sierra rear arm's as well. I have built two like this a 2.0 as well one for me an one for a top man at Durcell both look near the same bar Twin 40's an a race Exhaust on the one I did for myself. I have built lot's of Reliant trikes over the years lost count over 10+ use to knock them out one every 4-5 months still have a jig hear for making the frame's for them I will get back to it at some point but will be using mx5 motors an running gear when I do.

Thats great Pug Ive seen a few trikes before but never seen the front set up like that with twin shocks 2.0 engine that must put some decent power down could you do a 3.0 with the old capri engine that would be a bit of kit probably handle better than the old capri I had did lol😂

Have played with big motor's an built some ladder frames for hotrod's lot's of fun thing is today you can get 200bhp out of a little 1.3 motor I had a hand in a mates 1.6 Vtech kit car build back in the summer 245bhp an so light kicks you back in the seat like a 100k super car. but the one to really play with is the 2.3 Vtech it will twitch it's way to 500bhp with a bit of work.

Thats one kitted out man cave Martyn!! Mine just has a small tool cab, workbench & bead breaker table. Ive got the obligatory bike calendar on wall! It is usually very untidy with rubbish, tools, and parts scattered everywhere!

noIt's a 'BEER and BULL****'  boardroom. Not a bloody man cave, hahahaha! *hick*

It's definitely a work in progress. The configuration changes daily, depending on what I'm working on. But the TT250R has pride of place in the centre so that I can move around it easily with a cold beer in hand contemplating how far I am going to go "rejuvenating" the beast.
