Road biased tyre size and recommendation?

I'm increasingly using my TTR250 on the road (90% on and 10% off) and it's time to change to a more road biased tyre.  There's loads written regarding off road tyres but far less about on road ones.  From what I can make out the 'best' size seems to be 90/90 21 and 100/100 18 and maybe Pirelli Scorpions/Conti Escapes/Avon Distanzias?  Would welcome any advice/views/actual experience!? Thanks.

Heidenau K60 Scout is another good dual sport option. I have it on my Transalp and I'm very satisfied with it. In my and my buddies opinion it's far superior to E07, in terms of grip and durability. My friend makes like over 20000 km on it on Transalp.

Mefo sport explorer is another option. Heidenau Scouts not as bitey in the dirt I have been told.
