When isn't Norfolk cold? confuse

The winds certainly move swiftly across the fens from the chilly North Sea, if I remember correctly. hmm

Far warmer here in Devon, AND a lot warmer here (two overcoats warmer) than the NE of England from where I migrated. biggrin
