I know this has been a painfuriousfuriousfurious but lets hope it is sorted.

By the way, could the marks on the bronze bush bearing have been caused by lack of oil flow, where the other filter was blocked solid and dry running caused the screech???Just a thoughtconfuse

Fingers and everything else crossed, will get out in a couple of weeks time, for a test ride and report back.

I now know what u mean I currently have this issue in first and second gear a loud sqreach it is terrifying but as soon as I put it in third it goes away same as nutral

2005 ttr supermoto with dtx 125 wheels and front forks stainless sleeves to adapt ttr clamps to fit forks.
