Sometimes if there is oil leaking up past worn piston rings it can burn out the exhaust valves. Is it a high mileage engine?

It's not unusual for the 3-tab washer in the speedo drive to give up the ghost and not get replaced.......

Looking at all the history it appears the mileage is genuine. It's just had 13k off road miles I think!!
