Hello all. I have a 2005 ttr 250 plastic tank model that I am currently doing up. I an after the following parts

rear shock guard

tank graphics if anyone has some laying around

side panel graphics 

standard exhaust (I no there is one on eBay at the min in Newcastle)

handguards must be new and blue

rear fender

 

if anyone has anything give me a shout!!

Brand new handguards & mudflap are pretty cheap from Brian in the 20 quid range..smile

And I don't think you'll find a better cheaper exhaust than the one on ebay. It looks rust free and in good condition compared to many ive seen.

The exhaust has been relisted due to it not selling. I thought it would go for a fair price.

I think it could have been repainted though, looks a bit of a shiny black rather than a matt black..

The original Yam silencer was made from good steel and only ever seems to suffer from surface rust. A good wire brush and spray with satin black gets them looking new. If the stainless decorative collar is damaged then it's simple to fit a replacement - only 4 rivets!

The only problem occurs with putting the TTR away with wet mud sitting on the exhaust's front pipe. Even good steel will succumb to rusting with this treatment after a while no

Yeah I second that...Also the rear subframe seems to rust on these if not cleaned
