After dousing the exhaust nuts and studs for a couple of weeks I tried to loosen them off today. One moved quite easily however the other was really rusted. I had to hammer on an 11 mm socket but to my relief it is coming off. The studs are coming out with the nuts so will need to contact Brian with a list of items needed for the engine rebuild.

Aye S min, it's sprung a leak from the base gasket so unfortunately my limited spannering skills will be getting put to the test 😱

The exhaust is off, the down pipe was tight to get off the bike to say the least. Decided to take the chain set off at the same time, how much of a pita is that job. I think its the original sprockets from what I can see, the front nut but took some shifting, had to get one of my kids to stand on the brake lever while I used a long lever to get it off. Next job removing the airbox and carb then the engine strip down.
