need help identifying Japanese Domestic Model TTR 250 unknown electrical connections

wire colors don't match the wiring diagram so I'm having trouble figuring out these electrical connections.  Restored this bike and it's been a while since I took it apart.

 

Three connections, all under the gas tank near the top of the frame:

 

1:  a ground connection that doesn't reach any obvious place

2: a 2 prong connection

3: a single prong connection

Hi Stan

1. Can't remember those two joined earth wires. Do they come from the loom itself?

2. is the brake light switch connector that runs to the switch on the brake lever perch. 

3. I am pretty sure it is the solenoid earth connector. Will check and get back to you.

No1... don't they earth to one of the coil mounting bolts

1. There is a black earth with a brass ring connector that attaches to the rear of the reg/rec as shown in the pic below. But it's only a single wire. I can't see a double wire anywhere on the loom so I am guessing this is the equivalent.

3. It looks very much like the lead that should be attached to the starter-solenoid thick black wire - see below:
