Wanted - kickstart lever
Permalink

I am looking ahead in terms of my 325 build and realise that I don't have a kickstart lever for it. Does anyone have one for sale or know where I can buy one please?

Many thanks

Brian

No problem one off a Honda xr 250/400 will fit so will cb250 rs and most of the Honda xl's 125 an up all the same size shaft. so all the copy motors ie lifan an so on same size. just offered up a cb250 rs one and it fits on an is even a better fit in tighter to the bike than the Yamaha one. [ sorry but is not a spare one ] bit more have just put a xr 250 one on the ttr an that's a good fit as well so from this 100% fit are xl/xr/cbrs/250-350- 400-500. the smaller xl/xr bikes will fit but don't know how the arm will lie on the frame/motor. this should open the field on ebay to find one

Thanks for the link Markvan - I have messaged the seller to see if he has a kickstart lever.

Thanks for doing the research Martyn. I have got a lever that will fit off another bike but don't know from what. It came on a scrapper.

I would prefer the genuine article if I can find one though....

Brian did you end up getting a kick start lever. Another wrecking yard is selling one. He said $18 AU. Its not listed on ebay. Iwill give you the sellers name if you need it.

Hi Mark and thanks for the heads up! I still need a lever. Assuming its a genuine TTR250 lever I would really appreciate the sellers contact details.

Cheers

Brian

Brian , i asked him if he had a TTR kick lever , the cost of lever and postage to the UK. He gave me cost of lever $18.20 ,AU but he didnt mention postage cost to UK. He says he DOES post overseas so he may have over looked that. He had other TTR parts listed on ebay but the lever wasnt. I will send him another msg and ask him to list it.  If all fails i can get it posted to me. (As i received indicators and side covers ) and post it to you in the UK. will let you no.
