Hi BM Steve and all. I was in south island NZ this time last year.Hired a Honda VFR800 and did about1500mls clockwise from Christchurch.It was the stuff of dreams I would whole heartedly reccomend this trip and VFR NZ who supplied the bike.
You can't go wrong in NZ, just about everywhere you go is spectacular, did you make it to Milford Sound ??
My day there was over the Top, we had a huge down pore of rain overnight and while we were there
