Trail side USA TTR250 tire repair kit advice needed

I want to create and tire tube repair kit for when I'm in the middle of nowhere. So far this is the list of tools needed.

 

24mm wrench for rear

Tube patch kit

2or3 tire levers

21inch spare tube (I've read it can be used in an emergency for the rear)

Tire pump. I'm trying to figure out how small a tire pump I can use and still be effective.

Any advice would be appreciated, Thank you

Bits to have on the bike an carry

1/ Hd 4mm tube front an rear in the bike with old 4mm tubes cut open an over the outside of them in the tire plus metal valve caps that have the removal tool on the end
2/spare 21 inch tube will fit in the front and rear to get you home at a pinch
3/ tube patch an glue
4/ 3 good tire leaves
5/ can of tire foam
6/ CO2 tire pump with 4-6 bottles of gas
7/ spare tire valve's an caps
8/ if you have the room then a spare 18 inch tube as well
9/ sheet of thin plastic 8-10 foot square [ you are going to end up on your hands an knee's in it]

all this said it's a bitch of a job to do at home with all the best tools out in the mud mid winter if it's cold as it's looking there in that pic -8 or more that rear tire will be like it's made of steel. I just slip 4-5 large cable tie's round the tire an wheel an get it to tarmac an call a truck

 I carry a 100-110/19" tube on my XT660... has 17/21" wheels...

all I carry is 

tube

repair kit

2 - 200mm  tyre levers

DRC mini foot pump

all the other tools etc go with out saying...

I have done maybe 4/5 tyre repaires in the

middle of know where over the years..

This is all you need... don't carry crap you won't use..

The hardest part can be braking  the bead from the rim..

easy way that works "sometimes" is put both tyre levers

in the rim on top of each other with a spanner between them

use them like a pliers...

 I agree, except I carry 12 x 400mm heavy duty cable ties

I run Dunlop 606's front and rear with heavy duty Michelin tubes, which I regularly run down as low as 3-4PSI

There a bitch to get on, the front I can manage with good tyre leavers, but the back, well not a chance

I have used a small mountain bike manual tire pump. It takes up very little space and it is always "full". Does require a fair number of pumps, but it does the job without too much pain. I strap my pump to the outside of a front fender bag, and it causes no problems there.

I just got a kit together for mine which I sorted out while I was changing the tyres. Same as the others here give or take but 3 tyre levers is easier than 2 if you can carry them. I bought a small topeak mini morph mountain bike pump and pumped the rear tyre up to 20psi in a couple of minutes... much easier than I expected.
