Hello, new member Watts here, just purchased my friends TTR off him after checking it out. Friends are great-you can trust what they tell you, and this friend (member here) took good care of the bike.

On the test ride it struck me as very smooth, not much vibration, at high speeds my butt got buzzy, but so much smoother than my KTM 300 smoker or my last, vintage four stroke.

The bike's life will get easier now, not much singletrack in its future, I'll use the KTM for that, just exploring around my cabin in the South Chilcotin mountains of BC.

Cheers!

Welcome to the forum!

Good to hear you are enjoying the TTR. If it's future use will mainly be on sealed roads then put some road tyres on and gear it up. That should get rid of some of the buzz wink

Hello there and welcome.

I had a vintage 4 stroke trail bike but got a TTR after struggling. The TTR is like a Rolls Royce in comparison. wink
