Oil in the carb, oil collecting upon air fins on the cylinder casing

Ok, so I finally got my bike running. Upon the throttle sticking after running it a few times I decided to inspect it further. I pulled the carburetor and noticed a super sticky brown gunk on the slide and outlet portion of the carb. I cleaned the emulsifier and the carb, it seems like it is beginning to stick slightly again after I rode it today. Could I be experiencing blow by? It runs strong so I don't think it's a ring issue. But with it leaking oil could the head not be torqued to spec?

I guess I may have overfilled the oil? Maybe then oil would be coming from the valve cover then into the emulsifier and back into the carb?

Check the hose on the black roundy box that is linked up to the head and air box .

There is a drain hose on the bottom of it and i always pull it of and alot of water and emulsion from the head spills out .

If nothing comes out it may be blocked .

This is just a guess as i dont know for sure if this would have any limnk to you problem .

If ur filter is overoiled check this .

I think the issue has finally resolved itself, cleaned the emulsifier again and blew out with air.
