I've had a bit of an issue with then for a while now and they're not relying to emails. Anyone got a number or know if they're still trading?

Cheers Spud.

Anyone trying to contact D&D Graphics should probably say that Brian sent them. It may get a better response.

Hopefully Brian can add something to this thread?

Jarrah

Hopefully spud has his graphic set now.

As per the D&D website, all decal kits are made to order hence the quoted 2-3 weeks lead time for delivery.

I have uploaded a photo of the ones I had designed. I wanted ones as close to stock as possible. Also had side panels done in white and headlight sticker in white. Came in at £60..

Done in 2 days

Mine came from LR Designs. If anyone wants the template I can email you it... They are the correct shape as I traced them and had them made to the right size......

Also have side panel shapes...

For the front headlight background I just use the one from the Early WR's near on the same...

So, I've given up all hope of getting my issue with DD graphics resolved (before I die). I was going to type out the whole debacle but realised it would take far too much of my time.

In a nutshell I started dealing with DD in June 2013. In Oct 2013 I was sent some incorrect graphics. Even now I'm not sure how as I even sent a picture of the bike in the correct livery. Since then I've been sent the correct shape at least but somehow they confused the colour Gold with Olive Green, again after sending pictures. no

The worst thing about the whole sorry story was the lack of communication. It was weeks between replies and the last comms I got off them was July this year with no amount of prompting making any difference.

So after all this time I've ended up with 2 sets of incomplete and incorrect graphics and £80 out of pocket.

Now I can only assume some people have had an acceptable service from them but in my experience I would never recommend them and if someone was to deal with them to be very wary as emails are easily ignored and that is the only form of communication with them.

Cheers Spud.

Sorry to hear that your problem still isn't resolved cry

Out of interest, what graphics are you trying to match? Are they for a Raid?

Brian

Yes for a Raid.

I'll attach some pics.....

This is what I wanted  .... The side panels/mudguards etc but not the tank like this ...

The 1st set I got not including the tank was like this ..... sort of obvious they're not correct?!

So after months of trying to explain what I wanted DD said they would send the tank graphics to match the wrong set FOC as a gesture of good will. This was fine as I have 2 TTR's with one is being restored. The "wrong"set would be OK on the restored bike. (Brian I'd like to speak to you at some point about this actually but we'll leave that until later). It wasn't what I originally wanted but at least they wouldn't be wasted.

So the next set sent was like this..... The correct shape but what the hell happened to the gold? It's turned into Olive Green. (stuck on with blu-tack BTW)

I did in fact tell them I hadn't paid for the 2nd set but that fortunately fell on deaf ears as I've had little contact since. DD did say they would do their best to resolve the issue but I've had nothing from them since July and of course no tank graphics to match the 1st set.

So to summerise 2 incomplete sets that are of no use and out of pocket to the tune of £80. I guess they lost money as well but that's not my issue, what I wanted couldn't have been clearer.

Thanks for posting up the pics.

Very interesting for me as I have a Raid with your colour scheme and am debating whether to restore it.

So, coincidentally, I have just asked Karl if he can supply a set of graphics such as on the Raid in the pic below. How odd is that confuse

Well don't go for the standard colours for your own sanity. Maybe he could put a couple of extra tank ones in so I could have a full set?
