Do you mean the upper triple clamp? Part number 8 below?

Diagram of Yamaha Motorcycle Parts 1999 TTR250LC STEERING Diagram

If so, I have a couple laying around, $15.00AUD would get you outta trouble. The postage might be the only thing that may break the deal at roughly $20.00 AUD.

If you get stuck for one, let me know.

I bet you mean what you say, Ian - the spindle (axle) clamp or HOLDER, AXLE.

There's only one - part 51 shown below

and No, I don't have a spare - but I bet I know who does. wink

Hi, cubber got it right number 51, what if I make a stainless steel plate to go on top of number 51 I could use 1/8" thick the studs are long enough that would fix it wouldn't it ?

Hi, I did fix the front wheel spindle with a piece of s/s plate I think it is a good bodge, I took the bike out for a ride today and it handled like a shopping trolley at 60 mph it was scary, I have a Michelin endure completion 1v 90/90-21 on the front the trouble is it is a 10 year old tyre but it has never been used, Has it gone past its sale by date what PSI should I put in it I ran it at 19 PSI and the rear is a TKC 80 120/90-18 its brand new with 16 PSI in it will things get better when the tyres are run in don`t forget I have put a 2" lowing link and let off all the suspension adjustments.
