i think i have found it what is the fix,  check the photo. it looks as there are 4 wires in a plug running maybe into the starter? and it is leaking when engine is running not while sitting though. only when pressure is on. please tell me its a cheap fix, i can do the work i think

I think that's the Magneto. Anyway under that where the rubber boot sits between the cases is a thin bit of gasket. I had a similar problem. Solution instant gasket sealant or equivalent.

will give it a try, i assume take off the crank case, add instant gasket then put back together, correct?

got it apart, resealed, and back together, now to let it cure and go for a mtn bike ride, then an mx ride later today!!!! pray for me it works!!

hi, the same happens to my ttr.
I bought a brand new gasket and fix it.

no more leaks. thanks for de tips and so the tutorial.
