Hello Mr Lightweight. Your profile says you're in London. Whereabouts? I'm in Hackney and have very clean boots. I'm a bit of a lightweight too. How often do you Raid into Essex?

Hope she doesn't read that

Hi Andy,
greetings from the Peoples Republic of Tottenham (one day we WILL get independence). I believe that the cleaning of boots (or bikes) is a sin, if it isn't then why do they put roads though rivers?
My working patterns are a little eccentric (read nobody will employ me other than myself) but I generally try to grace the people of Essex with my presence at least once a week (although I do sometimes disappoint them and instead allow the good plebeians of Hertfordshire to gaze upon the wonder that is the Raid).
However due to a little electrickery leak (I'm sure there must be a big puddle of it under the bike at the moment) I have lately been plodding around on an overweight 650. But nobody wants to pay me to do anything tomorrow so I'll probably get the hammer and sellotape out instead (I suppose I really should get the battery off the bike and on to charge tonight).
Scott
P.S. The Raid wants to know if your bluey is mean like those nasty orange things which like to kick stones into it's poor old headlight.
I know it's a bit of a long shot =) He hasn't been on bikechatforums since I took the bikes in the summer, I was hoping someone who he (maybe) rode with still knew him or something
